Uma pergunta que me fizeram algumas dezenas de vezes somente no \u00faltimo m\u00eas: as marcas nativas digitais v\u00e3o mudar o varejo tradicional? Bom, as marcas que nascem no digital s\u00e3o aquelas onde tudo \u00e9 feito atrav\u00e9s de neg\u00f3cios com estrutura vertical, onde todos os processos s\u00e3o controlados pela marca, desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a venda. Essas marcas trabalham com o modelo de venda D2C, onde a venda \u00e9 feita diretamente ao consumidor,. Uma caracter\u00edstica forte desse neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 que a marca digital consegue obter mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es – dados – de seu cliente quando ele est\u00e1 navegando pelo seu e-commerce ou canal de venda escolhido do que quando essa mesma pessoa est\u00e1 no ponto de venda f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00e1 o varejo \u00e9 uma das atividades mais antigas da nossa sociedade, faz parte do cotidiano das pessoas desde quando se negociavam mercadorias e, resumindo muito: evolu\u00e7\u00e3o mercantilista e as primeiras trocas monet\u00e1rias. A principal caracter\u00edstica desse neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 justamente o relacionamento direto com os consumidores e seus cotidianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ent\u00e3o o que me ocorre para responder a pergunta que tanto me fazem \u00e9 respond\u00ea-la fazendo outras perguntas: ser\u00e1 que o consumidor n\u00e3o procura mais pela experi\u00eancia f\u00edsica? A facilidade que o digital proporciona faz com que o varejo f\u00edsico perca espa\u00e7o e atratividade?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longe disso acontecer. Eu trabalho no mercado de varejo h\u00e1 mais de 15 anos. Vejo o digital chegando nesse meio h\u00e1, no m\u00ednimo, uns cinco anos, afinal, n\u00e3o se executa uma promo\u00e7\u00e3o por exemplo sem uma perna no digital, seja na plataforma de cadastro, no e-commerce ou qualquer outra coisa. Esse vai e vem do f\u00edsico entrar no digital e o digital entrar no f\u00edsico n\u00e3o \u00e9 de hoje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As lojas e o ponto de venda se tornaram um lugar de conex\u00e3o, onde o consumidor vai para sentir de perto o prop\u00f3sito que a marca vende, entender melhor sobre o produto e proporcionar uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o e aten\u00e7\u00e3o que as pessoas procuram ter. Temos hoje um consumidor que procura por exclusividade, que exige benef\u00edcios da marca. Quem n\u00e3o ama um cart\u00e3o fidelidade ou uma cartela de adesivos pra ser trocada? Quem nunca encheu o carrinho de compra e fechou a aba sem finalizar porque quer ir na loja ver e sentir o produto? Al\u00e9m de experi\u00eancias b\u00e1sicas como essas, marcas est\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3ximas de adentrar ao estilo de vida dos consumidores como nunca antes. Se vimos nos \u00faltimos anos uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital acontecendo, o que veremos a partir de agora, \u00e9 uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica acontecendo. Uma retomada que exigir\u00e1 o melhor do entretenimento entre uma marca e seu consumidor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O que eu vejo \u00e9 que no final do dia n\u00e3o importa se a marca \u00e9 uma nativa digital ou tradicional, ela inevitavelmente estar\u00e1 no varejo tradicional e uma hora ou outra ir\u00e1 investir em experi\u00eancias f\u00edsicas onde \u00e9 poss\u00edvel tangibilizar o que a marca \u00e9, tirar fric\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada e conectar de fato, as pessoas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
